These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lehgacy Enterprises website and your engagement of our procurement and supply services. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
Lehgacy Enterprises acts as a single-window B2B procurement partner, sourcing and supplying office, printing, pharma, warehouse, pantry, housekeeping, construction, and hospital supplies on a Pan-India basis, backed by our distributor network.
2. Quotations & Orders
- Quotations shared via WhatsApp, email, or in person are valid for the period stated therein and are subject to stock and pricing availability at the time of order confirmation.
- An order is confirmed only once accepted in writing (including WhatsApp or email) by Lehgacy Enterprises.
- Product specifications, packaging, and images are indicative and may vary slightly from the delivered item.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Invoices are GST-compliant. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and must be honoured as agreed.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, stock availability, or force majeure events. We will keep you informed of any material delays.
5. Returns & Replacements
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos, after which we will arrange a replacement or resolution as appropriate.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lehgacy Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Lehgacy Enterprises and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
